Before jumping on the Introduction to Salesforce Development we should first understand what is Salesforce and what is Salesforce CRM.
What is Salesforce
1. Salesforce is US based company.
2. Started by Marc Benioff and Parker Harris in 1999 with “No Software” slogan which states that people need not to worry about software and hardware while running business.
What is Salesforce CRM
Salesforce has different business management system, but when Marc started the company it started with a CRM (Customer Relationship management) which is a used to manage relationship with the Clients and day today business.
