There are many scenario where you open a Salesforce support case while working in Salesforce. Salesforce support ask you to grant login access so that they can analyze your issue.

To grant Salesforce support access to your organization, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Salesforce account.
  2. Click your Avatar icon in top right in Lightning Experience and Click “Settings”
  3. From the Right menu, enter “Grant Account Login Access” in the Quick Find box, then select “Salesforce Support.”
3. Select the duration of access you want to grant (e.g., 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week), and click “Save”

It’s important to note that granting Salesforce support access to your account allows them to view and potentially modify your organization’s data. Be sure to carefully consider the level of access you grant and the duration of access before granting it.
